Fullscreen optimizations disabled globally. Energy Efficient Ethernet and Wake on Magic Packet disabled on

GameDVR and Xbox background services off. OneDrive background sync off.
Idle demote and promote thresholds set to 0 — no clock drops between shots.
Spectre/Meltdown mitigation disable flag for max CPU throughput.

GlobalTimerResolutionRequests=1 for sub-millisecond OS timer precision.
DPC coalescing interval tuning to reduce interrupt batching delays.
Power exit latency minimized. Timer alignment targeted at consistent frame delivery.

HAGS (HwSchMode=2) is not in Frame Pack. It causes screen flicker and scanout underflow
on AMD Navi GPUs. It's available separately in the Safe Optimizations tab for NVIDIA users
who want it, but it won't be applied automatically. Both AMD and NVIDIA are fully supported.
MMCSS Pro Audio full profile — Priority=1, GPU Priority=8, SFIO=High, Scheduling=High.
Audio and Capture tasks raised to high priority. SystemResponsiveness=0, NoLazyMode=1.
Sound scheme set to None. DSP enhancements disabled across all MMDevice endpoints via PowerShell.
